C. el Tormes making one of our kickstarting activities of the new academic year.
If you are familiar with our methodology, Idioma en positivo, you know that we use cognitive and emotional skills of our little learners to teach languages.
So what did we do to promote learning languages, as a fun and useful thing to do, among all the families that attended our activity?
Of course, we made a SUPER game: a treasure hunt. We divided the kids in small groups and presented them amusing mini-games to develope their critical thinking and creativity. As they were solving them, they were finding key-information to solve the whole riddle and discover the numbers that opened the lock of the treasure chest.
We still feel the adrenaline!
This dinamic had the kids super focused on the endgame, which was eating all the candy of the chest, and they were effortlessly learning english at the same time.
